I'm Brian Panizzi, the owner of Oleballnchain LLC. I manufacture a product called the Oleballnchain which is a device used to prevent dogs that dig under a fence from escaping their owners yard, yet provide total freedome of movement while in the yard. The product is a lightweight moldd plastic ball attached to a gog harness by way of a short chain.
